Energy Economics, Inc. Ships Gas Compliance System v5.5

Energy Economics, Inc. (EEI) today announced the availability of Version 5.5 of the Gas Compliance System (GCS) product and Version 2.1 of the Pocket Gas Compliance System (PGCS). This release is a major step forward for the GCS application. This release provides significant enhancements to tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance and inspections of your primary Pressure Control Stations and Vaults.

EEI’s GCS application is a suite of products that manage federal (DOT 192), state and local compliance regulations for natural gas utilities. In addition to the desktop host-based modules, the GCS product suite contains laptop and Pocket PC modules for use by service technicians in the field.

This release is another step in EEI's strategic plan to increase the functionality of its software products for its customers by envisioning the changing needs for the utility companies of the future.
