EEI performs proving and testing up to 10,000 CFH on diaphragm, rotary and turbine meters in the field. Typical testing includes accuracy, spin, cleaning, adjustment and replacement of any worn parts. Meters are adjusted to bring them into specifications if necessary.
If the meter needs to be repaired, our technicians can perform rotor or bearing replacement, oil change, grind valves, replace bushings or gaskets – whatever is required to bring that meter into specifications.
